Our globes are deliverd via Royal Mail, using standard 48 hour delivery.

Return Details

Classic Globes

We take great pride in the quality and secure packaging of our Classic Globes. These are pre-designed items as such we are happy to offer a straightforward return process if your item is damaged upon arrival. If your Classic Globe sustains any damage during the shipping process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team immediately.
We require you to report the damage and provide clear photographic evidence of both the exterior packaging and the damaged globe within 7 days of delivery.

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a prompt replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, our commitment is to ensure you receive your chosen globe in perfect condition. Simply reach out to us with the required documentation, and we’ll handle the rest to make sure your experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Personalised Globes

Thank you for choosing one of our custom-designed Globes. Because each globe is a unique piece, personalized and built specifically to your individual specifications (including unique text, images, or designs), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.

Please take the time to carefully review the information you have provided and that it as clear and concise as possible before finalizing your order.

Once production begins on your unique item, it cannot be repurposed or resold, which means all sales are final.

Our commitment is to deliver a high-quality product. Therefore, the only exception to this policy is in the event your globe is damaged during the shipping process. If your package arrives with visible damage, please document the damage by taking clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged globe immediately upon receipt. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the damage and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
